Chile Peppers are a member of the nightshade family and embody the very essence of their lineage. Renowned for their role in folk magick and herbalism, these peppers stand out for their unique properties.


Cultivators include Jalapeno, Serrano, Poblano, Anaheim, and more. It is also the main ingredient in paprika, red pepper, and cayenne.


With their fiery and assertive nature, Chile Peppers have a rich history of being utilized for various weaponized and protective benefits. One such example is the Chili Grenade, a historical weapon in folk magick that vividly illustrates the power and potency of these peppers. 


In occult applications, chili peppers' fiery and assertive nature has been harnessed for specific purposes. They have been used in exorcisms to ward off evil spirits, in binding rituals to restrict harmful energies, and in curses to inflict pain. Their use is particularly effective when the intention is to irritate or cause discomfort.
